Menus

Use platform-appropriate menus:

• File/Edit/View/Help where expected
• Actions that map to visible UI commands

System tray

Useful for background apps and quick actions.

Example tray actions:

• Show/Hide app
• Pause sync
• Open recent workspace
• Quit

Global shortcuts

Use sparingly and make them user-configurable.

Checklist:

• Avoid conflicts with OS shortcuts
• Show shortcut help in settings
• Provide enable/disable toggle
